We carry out multidisciplinary work focused on the diagnosis of infectious diseases, identifying the causative agent through techniques such as antigen detection, staining, direct visualization, and culture. These tests allow us to determine sensitivity or resistance to antimicrobials and guide the most appropriate treatment for each patient.

Additionally, we perform microbiological control of hospital areas and the isolation of pathogenic germs in food handlers.

We also offer clinical and epidemiological advice to patients, doctors, and hospital entities within our scope of competence.
