PAYMENT METHODS:
1.- Credit Card.
Your online payment at laboratorioechevarne.com, using credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, or American Express, is provided by the Virtual POS security system of the bank "La Caixa", Paypal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, through their SSL encryption services. Therefore, when entering your card details to pay, you will be directed directly to the Virtual POS portal you choose, from which secure payment and card ownership will be ensured.
Once you have filled in the details related to your purchase, the purchase process will redirect you to the Virtual POS you choose. It will be at this entity where you can directly enter your banking details and make the payment through a Secure Server.
By making the payment, you are confirming that the credit card is yours. These are subject to checks and authorizations by the issuing entity, but if such entity does not authorize the payment, we will not be responsible for any delay or lack of delivery and we will not be able to formalize any Contract.
SHIPPING:
Once you have purchased the product through the payment gateway, you will be able to track the shipment via a link that will be sent to you by email.
DELIVERY TIMES AND PRICES:
The delivery time depends on the selected kit.
The price of the products will be the one stated at any given time on our website. Obviously, the price and other conditions of the items you have requested will not be modified during the time between your offer and its acceptance issued through the shipping confirmation, unless by law or decision of governmental bodies we must make retroactive changes to these policies, Conditions, or Privacy Statement, in which case, any changes will also affect previously placed orders.
The prices shown on the Website are indicated in euros, but do not include VAT and shipping costs, which are indicated when placing the order.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within a maximum period of 14 calendar days without any need for justification.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days after the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify LABORATORIO ECHEVARNE of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by postal mail). You can also inform us of your right to withdraw from this contract via email info@laboratorioechevarne.com.
You may use the withdrawal form model below, although its use is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the communication concerning your exercise of this right to be sent before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal
In case of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, including the initial shipping costs of your order (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method we offer).
The deadline for us to make this refund will be a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have provided proof of their return, whichever condition is met first.
We will proceed to make such refund using the same
payment method used by you for the initial purchase, unless you have
expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a result of the refund.

In this case, you will bear the direct cost of returning the products.
You may also exercise the right of withdrawal by going to any of our physical stores (LABORATORIO ECHEVARNE), in which case exercising the right of withdrawal will not incur any cost for you.
You will only be responsible for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the products, from the time you receive them until you inform us of the withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal will not apply to contracts relating to the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
The following conditions related to exchanges and returns of our products do not apply in the case of exercising the right of withdrawal. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 days from the date of delivery of the product to proceed with its exchange or return.
The date on the delivery note will be taken as a reference to count the thirty-day period.
For any exchange or return, the product must not have been opened or used and must be returned in perfect sealed condition including tags, instructions, and warranties (if any).
Besides this, you must fill out the return slip (back of the delivery note) that was sent to you along with your order.
Refunds will be made within a maximum period of 14 days from the moment the order is returned and through the same payment method used for the purchase (bank card) unless you choose a different payment method.
The shipping cost (€20) will not be refunded and will be deducted from the total amount.
Outside return warranty:
– If the product, once delivered, suffers damage caused by external factors, accidents, or failure to follow the usage instructions.
– If the product is damaged due to incorrect installation or configuration of accessories by the customer.
– If it is a made-to-measure or customized product.
– In the event that the manufacturer's general conditions so indicate.
– If the product is not in perfect condition and with all original contents.
– If the packaging has not been protected so that we receive it in perfect condition.
RESPONSIBILITY AND WARRANTIES IN OUR PRODUCTS
The legal warranty for all our products is the one defined by law, and its terms will always be respected by LABORATORIO ECHEVARNE.
This warranty is regulated by the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, which establishes that the minimum warranty period for any new item will be 2 years; however, after the first six months, it is the customer who must prove that the problem with the item is a manufacturing defect and not wear caused by normal and correct use of the product.
However, if the warranted item indeed does not meet the optimal conditions for use, LABORATORIO ECHEVARNE will assume the corresponding responsibility towards the customer, proceeding to refund the amounts paid for that product, as well as reimbursing any expenses the customer had to pay to acquire the product. Therefore, if the item has a flaw or defect or there has been an error in the shipment, the customer can return it at any of our stores or send it to our warehouse. Once the defect is verified, we will refund the full amount paid, including shipping and return costs and, if applicable, the amount paid for gift wrapping.
We will only refund the return shipping costs when:
1) The item is defective.
2) There has been an error in the shipment.
3) The item does not match the photo on the website.
4) The order arrived later than the deadlines established in our General Terms of Purchase.
5) The package was damaged during transport.
OUR RIGHT TO MODIFY THESE TERMS
LABORATORIO ECHEVARNE reserves the right to review and modify these Terms at any time.
However, the price and other conditions of the items you have requested from us will not be changed during the period between your offer and its acceptance issued through the shipping confirmation, unless by law or decision of government agencies we must make retroactive changes to these policies, Terms, or Privacy Statement, in which case, any changes may also affect previously placed orders.
APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION
The use of our website and purchase contracts for products through this website shall be governed by Spanish law.
The resolution of any type of dispute, litigation, or discrepancy that may arise between the user and LABORATORIO ECHEVARNE regarding the use of this website shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals that are competent in accordance with current legislation.
Furthermore, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 21 May 2013, which facilitates the resolution of conflicts that may arise from online commerce between businesses and consumers, according to Article 13 of the Regulation, “Member States shall ensure that traders established on their territories inform consumers about the alternative dispute resolution entity or entities covering those traders.”
For this purpose, the ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION body has been created, which will act as a neutral party and valid intermediary between both parties, aiming to avoid, as much as possible, resorting to the courts of law.
