1. INFORMATION FOR THE USER

Who is responsible for processing your personal data?

LABORATORIO ECHEVARNE, S.A.U. will be responsible for processing the personal data of those PERSONS who have created a profile on any of its social networks, and such data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of April 27 (GDPR), Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5 (LOPDGDD), and the Law on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI), providing the following information about the processing:

What do we process your personal data for?

Purpose of the processing: to maintain a relationship between the USER and LABORATORIO ECHEVARNE, S.A.U. (hereinafter the CONTROLLER) which may include the following operations:

Processing requests and inquiries submitted to the controller
Informing about activities and events organized by the controller
Informing about products or services offered by the controller
Interacting through official profiles

When the CONTROLLER collects and processes personal data through its social networks, USERS will be informed about the purpose of data collection, as well as their rights regarding their personal data. Personal data will be used only for the indicated purposes and will be kept securely.

Legal basis for processing: the explicit consent given by the USER for the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes (Article 6.1.a GDPR).

On the other hand, the USER can access at any time the privacy policies of the social network itself, as well as configure their profile to ensure their privacy.

How long will we keep your personal data?

Data retention criteria: data will be kept as long as the USER does not revoke the consent given as indicated in this privacy policy.

To whom do we provide your personal data?

Data communication: the information provided by the USER through the CONTROLLER’s social networks, including their personal data, may be published, always depending on the services the USER uses, and therefore may be publicly available to other third-party social network users. From each social network profile, the USER can configure what information they want to make public in each case, see the permissions granted, remove or deactivate them, as well as any third-party application they no longer wish to use.

However, no communication of personal data to third parties outside the social network is planned except if essential for the development and execution of the processing purposes, to our service providers related to communications, with whom the CONTROLLER has confidentiality and data processing agreements required by current privacy regulations.

What are your rights?

Rights of the USER: can only be satisfied in relation to information under the control of the CONTROLLER.

Right to withdraw consent at any time.
Right of access, rectification, portability, and deletion of your data, and to restrict or object to its processing.
Right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if you consider that the processing does not comply with current regulations.

2. PROFILE USAGE

The CONTROLLER will carry out the following actions:

Access to the public information of the profile.

Posting on the USER’s profile all information already published on the CONTROLLER’s social network.
Sending personal and individual messages through the social network channels.
Page status updates that will be published on the USER’s profile.
The USER can always control their connections, delete content that no longer interests them, and restrict with whom they share their connections; to do so, they must access their settings where they will find different configuration options regarding the privacy level of the user profile on the social network.

3. POSTS

The purpose of social networks is to give visibility and dissemination to the activities carried out by the CONTROLLER. These tools store personal data on the servers of the respective services and are governed by their own privacy policy.

Once the USER follows or joins the CONTROLLER’s social network, they may post comments, links, images, photographs, or any other type of multimedia content supported by it. The USER must always be the owner of the published content, hold the copyright and intellectual property rights, or have the consent of the affected third parties.

Any publication on the social network, whether texts, graphics, photographs, videos, etc., that offend or may offend morality, ethics, good taste, or decorum, and/or infringe, violate, or breach intellectual or industrial property rights, image rights, or the law is expressly prohibited. Offensive, defamatory, illegal, or inappropriate comments or content will not be tolerated on the company’s profiles. The company reserves the right to remove such comments or content and block the responsible users.

In these cases, the CONTROLLER reserves the right to immediately remove the content without prior notice and may request the permanent blocking of the USER.

The CONTROLLER will not be responsible for content freely published by the USER.

The USER must be aware that their posts will be known by other users, so they are primarily responsible for their privacy.

Images that may be posted on the social network will not be stored in any file by the CONTROLLER but will remain on the social network.

4. DATA OF MINORS OR PERSONS WITH SPECIAL CAPACITIES

It is recommended to review and read the terms of use and privacy policy of each social network at the time of registration, considering the different age requirements for registration.

Likewise, the CONTROLLER will be expressly exempt from any liability that may arise from the use of social networks by minors or persons with special capacities whose access should be under the supervision and control of their legal representatives.

The CONTROLLER reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be communicated through our social media profiles and/or our website.
