Yes, make sure to know their DNI in case it is a self-sampling, because you will need to fill in their details. If it is a Bono-type test, they can complete their details once they visit an Echevarne center.
Shipments and sample collection
How long does it take for the test kit to arrive?
Shipments are made within 24–48 business hours to the entire peninsula. You will receive an email with the tracking number so you can check the status of the shipment at any time.
How do I send my sample to the laboratory?
Each kit includes an envelope or box with prepaid postage and return instructions. You only need to drop it off at the designated location (courier or mailbox) depending on the type of sample.
