In the case of Self-Administered tests, you can purchase different tests and complete the entire process without leaving your home. At laboratorioechevarne.com, you can buy a kit with all the necessary materials to collect the sample and send it to the laboratory; it is not necessary to travel either to collect and deliver the sample or to obtain the results.
For Voucher tests, after purchase, we will send a document to your email in voucher format. With this document (either digital or printed), you must go to a Laboratorio Echevarne center to have the extraction performed.
Using the website laboratorioechevarne.com,
does not require the USER to register or sign up. To purchase one or more kits, select the product and fill out the forms with the necessary information for each test, accepting these terms and conditions. You will receive the kit at the address you provide and can collect the sample following the instructions. Once finished, send the kit to the
Laboratory through our courier service with no shipping costs. You will receive your results by email.
6. DELIVERY TIMES AND PRICES:
The delivery time depends on the selected kit.
The price of the products will be the one stipulated at any given time on our website. Obviously, the price and other conditions of the items you have requested will not be modified during the time between your offer and its acceptance issued through the shipping confirmation, unless by law or decision of governmental bodies we must make retroactive changes to these policies, Conditions, or Privacy Statement, in which case, possible changes will also affect previously placed orders.
The prices shown on the Website are indicated in euros, but do not include VAT and shipping costs, which are indicated when placing the order.
7. PAYMENT METHODS:

Consequences of withdrawal

You will only be responsible for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the products, from the time you receive them until you notify us of the withdrawal.

9. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
The following conditions related to exchanges and returns of our products do not apply in the case of exercising the right of withdrawal. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 days from the date of delivery of the product to proceed with its exchange or return.
The date on the delivery note will be taken as a reference to count the thirty-day period.
For any exchange or return, the product must not have been opened or used and must be returned in perfect sealed condition including tags, instructions, and warranties (if any).

Refunds will be made within a maximum period of 14 days from the moment the order is returned and through the same payment method used for the purchase (bank card) unless you choose a different payment method.
The shipping cost (€20) will not be refunded and will be deducted from the total amount.
Outside the return warranty:
– If the product, once delivered, suffers damage caused by external factors, accidents, or failure to follow the usage instructions.
– If the product is damaged due to incorrect installation or configuration of accessories by the customer.
– If it is a made-to-measure or customized product.
– In case the manufacturer's general conditions so indicate.
– If the product is not in perfect condition and with all the original contents.
– If the packaging has not been protected so that we receive it in perfect condition.
10. RESPONSIBILITY AND WARRANTIES ON OUR PRODUCTS
The legal warranty for all our products is the one defined by law, and its terms will always be respected by LABORATORIO ECHEVARNE.
This warranty is regulated by the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, which establishes that the minimum warranty period for any new item will be 2 years; however, after the first six months, it is the customer who must prove that the problem with the item is a manufacturing defect and not wear caused by normal and correct use of the product.
However, if the warranted item indeed does not meet the optimal conditions for use, LABORATORIO ECHEVARNE will assume the corresponding responsibility towards the customer, proceeding to refund the amounts paid for that product, as well as reimbursing any expenses the customer had to pay to acquire the product. Therefore, if the item has a flaw or defect or there has been an error in the shipment, the customer can return it at any of our stores or send it to our warehouse. Once the defect is verified, we will refund the full amount paid, including shipping and return costs and, if applicable, the amount paid for gift wrapping.
We will only refund the return shipping costs when:
1) The item is defective.
2) There has been an error in the shipment.
3) The item does not match the photo on the website.
4) The order arrived later than the deadlines established in our General Terms of Purchase.
5) The package was damaged during transport.
11. OUR RIGHT TO MODIFY THESE TERMS

12. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
